TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The raffle is open only to registered conference participants aged 18 years and older.
2. Tickets cost US$5.00 each and are sold online only.
3. Upon purchase, participants will receive an electronic confirmation of entry and an assigned ticket number.
4. Participants may purchase multiple tickets.
5. Each prize will be awarded to one winning ticket holder.
6. The draw will be conducted using a computerised random selection process.
7. The electronic draw process will ensure fairness and transparency.
8. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
9. Winners must comply with any booking conditions imposed by prize sponsors.
10. If a winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, the Club reserves the right to redraw.
11. Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
